"My Husband and I had been talking and looking for over a year in various places in Mall on the internet, jewelers mentioned by friends, etc. As we knew we we're fast approaching our 25 th Wedding Anniversary and really wanted a ring I had envisioned and created in my mind a few years back. While becoming VERY frustrated with stores who tried to sell us something they already had in stock, or make you a deal on creating something that was really not at all what you wanted, they just did not seem to care or really listen to us at all. I knew I had in my mind what I really wanted and was determined to find a way to get it.
While searching on the web one night I was able to contact the Diamontrigue Store in Lubbock, the www site was relatively new, so there was not alot to look at on the site yet, but I got the phone number and called. Much to my surprise someone called me back-the next day!!! WOW!!! After dealing with MANY stores and jewelers, this was a first! Susan DeVore, the owner of the Diamontrigue of Lubbock was so nice and gracious to me on the phone, I KNEW, I had finally contacted the RIGHT place and began a correspondence with her back and fourth by email, phone, and fax. Susan sent copies of pages from books to help me define my description and even mailed actual real photos to us which was GREAT for us to really be able to see what you could not tell by email!!
Susan went SO far out of her way to help me with the design of the ring I had in my mind for so long, she was GREAT, and never minded listening and then researching back and fourth to allow me to create the Ring I really wanted!
The quality and cut of the stones, the warranty and customer service at Diamontrigue of Lubbock were WONDERFUL!!! We had looked at alot, and done our own research about Diamontrigue and the fact that its even difficult for jewelers to tell the difference between a diamond or a Diamontrigue! The ring was within what we had planned to spend too! The final outcome was TRULY a BLESSING!!! A Beautiful Custom Ring, just like I had always DREAMED of ! It turned out SO beautiful!
When the final package arrived, all wrapped up in a BEAUTIFUL box and wrapping, my husband and I were BOTH so excited to open it! It was PERFECT!!! A true Cinderella moment for me!!!!!
Susan, rushed it to me to have for a BIG event, and even sent special cleaner too!!!! HOW NICE!!!! I can assure you that you will be THRILLED with the entire Diamontrigue of Lubbock experience, and the chance to work with Susan Devore and the ladies there.
